looking to raise the deck higher than the factory setting on the lift lever. Is it possible to make adjustments under the mower to give me higher cutting length

pto will not engage
pto will not engage. when it is unpluged, there is 14volts coming from plug that plugs into pto plug. however when it is plugged into the pto plug, al power is lost. thanks for any help.

Brakes Shot
Brakes have been getting weaker...and today they are totally gone....

I need a picture of the throttle/choke/gov. linkage. I just bought this used mower and I think a rod is missing to the choke butterfly as it shows in the Partstree parts breakdown.

TORO BELTS
I need to replace the deck cutting belt but can not find a part number from the toro site. I have replaced the BELT-V 112-5834 and BELT 112-0317. but there is a third belt located under the other two. Any ideas would be great. Thanks Tish

no reverse
no idea on adjustments possible or checks to make on why mower won't operate in reverse. mower tries to move in reverse and depending on grade may creep a little in reverse. advice?
