Drive belts

It appears that one of the drive belts is loose...not sure how to tighten it...don't have a manual...was my dad's and he lost it

    I have the manual, which belt? The forward one is for the auger. It is the one that normally requires adjusting. My email is luckyjock55@eastlink.ca

    cant find where the spring hooks for the idler pulley on the belt for the PTO?
