I have the Roper Snow Blower 7/22 as well and I am looking for a manual as well. I am looking for carburator repair. I do know what the levers do though.

1) Bottom Right - engages the rotor blade
2) Bottom Left - engages transmission
3) Right Handle - need to hold in to run - this is the embilical power
4) Top Middle - forward, reverse, neutral
5) Top Right - gas
