I blew a head gasket and was slow in fixing it. My yard grew up and some johnson grass and blue stem gardall was pretty tall in patches. When I try to cut the lawn with the deck raised and me driving as slow as I can, I am breaking drive belts. (The belt from the front of the engine to the center of the mower deck.
I traded for this mower used and don't have an owner's manual.
I am wondering about the tension, and whether the belt should go around the pulley on the front of the motor upside down.
Any help would be appreciated.
